I can't add security questions on Mojang

"Error! An e-mail was already sent within the last two hours, try again in a while."

This is my problem.
When I try to add my security questions to an MC account it says that.

I don't know how long till I can try again.
I haven't got anything in my mailbox yet tho, it's strange.

Can anyone help me?

I suggest waiting at least 24 hours and if you have not received an e-mail within that given time, contact the Mojang support team.

If you're using Outlook it could take between 2-10mins to get an e-mail, as said above I'd wait at least 3-5 hours then try again.
