I don t know why i have lag on my minecraft server

Hello guys i have 15.15 TPS on my server with 41 players.
My minecraft server is spigot server (Towny earth)
my vps configuration:
AMD Ryzen™ 7 3800X / 5 3600X (4 cores)

RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666 MHz

Memory: 90 GB SSD NVMe M.2

Plugins i use:

Server chunks: 8
Xmn15G -Xmx28G
What can i do for optimise my server ?

Your plugins image is not working so that cannot be taken into account.

You may be hurting yourself by allocating so much RAM. Try lowering this max allocation to 16Gb.

When it comes to hosting the thing that matters most is your bandwidth. Are you hosting from your own PC or from a remote location?

1. Use PaperMC or any fork of it
1.2 As mentioned before, try applying the optimization guide
2. Try to rundown timings with paper (this will give you insights to whats causing problems)
3. Optional -> Maybe your garbage collector is not capable. Try to apply aikar's start flags

Hello Alex,

There are a lot of things you could check, but I would start with checking your host.
Where is your host located? How does it deal with ram allocation?
You should never use max ram on your server as your host might not allow overallocation. The operating system and other applications might also need ram allocation.

Another thing to note is that Xmn is not the same as a minimum. The best practice is to use 3/8 of ram in Xmn and never more than 50%.
I wouldn't even recommend using Xmn at all since this is for expert users only.

I would also suggest using PaperMC like mentioned above.
