I dont know where to ask!

Hi everbody,

This will be a long one..

I took over a server back in july from a admin position, i knew how to manage and run servers however the whole dedicated server threw me off. I have been hosting the server of a SoYouStart dedicated server (part of OVH Team). After some advice I tried to use linux, i managed to get multicraft installed, as i have a multicraft licence, however i was plagued with errors due to not knowing how to setup file permissions.

As a result I transfered back to windows as i had worked with windows befor, my server is running modded minecraft and i keep reciving lag spikes and crashes, however on linux setup, other then when permssions messed up i didnt have these issues.

So now to my question and what service i need. I need somone who has enough vouches and knowlage to look at my server setup, configs and plugins and tell me where ive gone wrong.
I am willing to pay for this service(small budget) and if errors/Issues are found i would like a quote to fix those errors/Issues.
