I got a call from a weird number, please help

So the number was
00 1 863 862 1015
i did not talk to them, i answered and waited from them to talk, after 1m no one talked no i hung up, i got 1 miss call from them a day ago, i googled it and did not find anything, please can someone offer support, i heard on google its a government agency and i have done some questionable things in my past on the interweb, please let me know.

The number is from Indian Lake, NY. If it was a government number, it'd be stationed somewhere more important. Most people think it's a telemarketer.
