I got scammed by this guy named "Selfie", can anyone help?

The guy scammed me 100 usd, I didn't know how to send through f&f so he told me how to and never returned the money.

I'm not good with this shit, legit had some money saved up so I chose to buy the account as a gift for my little sister. If anyone knows how I can refund it please do let me know. Honestly so fucking pissed off and yeah I should've known better.

Anyone know how I can manage to get my money back?. The deal was for the account "Afford" any help at all would mean the world.

Call paypal and say It was your sister paying through your email without your permission

The first photo shows that you don't have a paypal balance, either meaning you spent all the money on your account or you used your bank/debitcard for purchase. If you used your debit card, you can dispute the transaction through your bank (say something happened to the card or something). However, if you used your bank (which counts as a bank transfer), or the money in your funds, do what Sheriff said above (It is possible this could work, not 100% certain)
