Buddy, it's not hard. All you need is some simple plugins and good configurations, and a good map. After that it'll grow quickly and you can start a good server.

Exactly "buddy" you could have the best server with fantastic plugins/map in the world but have 0 players without advertising. Servers don't just grow.
