Staffing is one thing i love but it causes too much problems. And i suck at advertising cause I’m trying to start up a discord server with my friend but I suck at getting players into the server. another thing is that i also sell boosters, but that is can get to hecktic at times. still doing that tho and that’s good

If you love staffing and you're good at it. Then maybe you should start a staffing team.
Get some other people willing to join your company and pay them a percentage of what people pay to hire your team (if they are part of the hired team)
Spend the $30 to get a logo made as well as a thread design.

If you have friends in those departments then yes, if not then offer staffing services. Where people can hire your whole team for say a week for a certain amount of money.
Show professionalism and that you are trustworthy and your business would expand. You could get more people in that are experienced at staffing and have group leaders that manage payments for each team from which you could get a percentage commission for owning the company and getting them the offers.

That makes sense of starting my own but $30 would be too low atm I think. And also I’m already an Executive at Static Services so I do get some cuts from there as well.
