I have 5 servers, not really into minecraft anymore, what should i do?

Hello guys, my name is Ted. I currently own 5 servers. Here are the specifications:
1x5GB Ram
3x1GB Ram
1x2GB Ram

I really want to continue to develop my servers however I can never get a steady player count. 4 of the servers currently do not be used. We only use the 5GB server, we use it for factions. If I say so myself, the factions server is well presented and expertly made. I do not want to loose this server however I need some advice on how to expand my player count. I may just not pay for the other 4 servers again as I currently do not use them.

Hope you guys can help and give me some advice on how to get a sturdy player count!

BTW: I have a low budget of around $10 lmao

Thanks for the advice. So far the developer has spent hours on the server, and I really do not want to piss him off. I have a good idea for a prison server but I wouldn't know his opinion on this.
