I made my first server thinking that you needed a partner, manager, etc.

The only thing you need is a discord that is well setup, a good server setup for the type of server you are running, and dedication to contact a whole lot of people and getting denied a whole lot.

For everyone else: SkyBlock, Factions, or maybe Prisons/Minigame.

Would recommend Skyblock or Factions. Best way to start a network. Mini-games is the hardest since you need players to attract players, no one is going to play skywars with 2 other people

That's why it's a maybe. If the partner can get in contact with amazing youtubers it can definitely be an option.
