I have a $6.43 Paypal Offer, wut do i do

So basically i recieved 10 cad from paypal that expires june 30. I spent 4.57 but now idk wut to do with rest. Give me ideas (for some reason i cant combine it with my own balance so just 6.43)

3. Spend it on fiverr.com (You ever see Indian people say stupid stuff for money? Yeah that's where it comes from)
4. Get a fish.
