I have a question for You all. I was wondering what I can get with $350 budget.

I was wondering if I could get a very professional faction setup with builds, Website, Buycraft, Ranks and everything that is mostly custom.

I know its not a lot of money but I am currently going through a hard time and I cannot spend a lot of money so I was wondering what type of setup with a $350 budget.
