The thing is that sometimes randomly dedicated server goes wild - system load go higher and all servers on panel starts using more cpu than usual, tps is lower aswell as mspt. After rebooting those servers on panel, issue will not be solved - servers would still keep using a lot more cpu than usual BUT, once dedicated machine is rebooted - everything comes back to normal.
For example;
When there is no issue: Lobby server on panel is using 4-6% of cpu
When there is an issue: Lobby server on panel is using 15%+ of cpu

I've been doing a lot of things for these 3 months to find solution for this and even contacted few other sys admins, these are the things I've done:
- Complete reinstallation of machine (new ubuntu and disk erase)
- Complete reinstallation of pterodactyl panel
After those, I was thinking that minecraft servers are causing this issue and then I've done this:
- Changed startup flags on servers
- Changed java on servers
- Started servers on screen
And even with all of that, issue is still there while I was testing on other dedicated machine - everything was fine. Then I've asked my hosting provider to replace my cpu to new model, which they did and again - issue is still there.

CPU is Ryzen 9 5950x
For what I remember, while I was having only 2-3 servers on panel - there were no issue but once I created more servers - issue started to appear. Once again - I can confirm that minecraft servers has nothing to do with this issue.

So, I am out of solutions.

You might have a faulty ram stick in your machine or a faulty CPU.

I'd suggest reaching out your hosting provider if this is not in relation to your plugins.

Although if you can please list us your plugins and what spigots you're using, and what java version, and as well what proxy solution are you using.
CPU has been replaced with a new one.

I can also confirm that this issue is not MC Server related since I've checked in a many ways to confirm that.

It could be a ram issue then, I'd suggest you look into that and if that doesn't solve it then let us know here.
I told my host provider to replace motherboard, I'll also tell them to replace ram sticks.

Also, pyterdactyl is known to take up CPU usage, and as long as it's not interrupting and player experience shouldn't be an issue.

I am aware of that and I don't care that much about cpu usage - but mspt is changed a lot when this issue appeared.

Ram sticks replaced but issue appeared again without any player logging in.

I believe that could be your issue, I believe 1.16 - 1.18 still have optimization issues, what spigots are you running with?
Like I mentioned before - this issue has nothing to do with MC servers since I confirmed that in many ways.

it does matter them. 1.16 - 1.18 has been known to have performance issues..
I've checked in many ways, even started those servers on other machine with other cpu and there is no issue.

It's working perfectly fine on other dedicated machine.
Does that machine have the exact same specs? The exact same setup? The exact same installation steps. The exact same everything? It could be compatibility issues. It could be software you improperly installed. It could be a background process taking up some resources. It could be a lot. I suggest you add someone on discord and allow them to view your system personally rather than just give vague details on a forums...

Which I did with 10 other sys admins and no one could find a solution.
