I bought ownership of 2 plugins from Drawethree this guy. However, I must have a Premium Upgrade to receive the transfer of ownership. Why should it be? I bought it with money..

If you want to resell the plugins as resoucres you need Premium to post them and sell them. I would recommend this if you want to keep the reviews etc on the plugins you bought.

You need premium to sell any resources. You can still post them, however, they'll be free.

Premium is given the ability to sell resources, you may view all the perks of premium here.

As a user, you bought resource rights from an individual user from MCM - not MCM directly meaning you still need premium to claim the resource and resell it for your own profits.

Yes, that would be correct. Until you don't purchase premium the resource owner won't be able to transfer the resource to you.
