Let’s say I hired you as a builder, you made me 15 builds at $10 each. Let’s say I didn’t pay you till the server released, but then I decided I wanted to only use one. That doesn’t mean I only pay you $10 when you did $150 worth of work.

I thought you would be working in this long enough to understand that smh.

Here, let me explain things a little more clearly for you.
Firstly you're obviously incapable of sticking to deals nor do a good job keeping up as a manager.
Secondly we didn't agree on pay for those thread designs, you literally offered them as a lower position. Ever since we mentioned pay like a week before you were fired you started slacking.
And my bad too, I clearly cant run a team properly, made a fatal mistake of giving you a chance as manager
