I have some questions which needa anwsers about my mew server

Hello there.
I'm thinking to start a new faction server.I'm trying to do it by myself but I want your anwsers.
1.Well,at first I'm thinking for server's name.Does "HyperMc" sounds good or not?
2.Can someone tell me good hosting that is not very expensive and how many ram is good for faction server.
3.Can someone tell me for a guy who can make logo and good banner for cheap or not that expensive.
4.I am wondering how to make to ip with words.Please tell me.
5.Can someone tell me a guy who is good with buycraft and can make a good-looking template or how it says.
6.Also I looking for guy who can make me a setup but Im not sure yet cuz I can make it by myself.
7.And last can you tell me good faction plugins.

1. Sounds interesting, pick a right theme for the server (like design, and stuff)
2. Hosting, I think a 4GB server will be good enough to run 25-40 people on your Factions server, I would pick Bisect Hosting, they are cheap and they have extremely good support.
3. WoodpunchGFX is the one that I like the most. He does custom banners as well.
4. Its called Domain, I can help you with it if you want me to.
5. For templates probably someone like TotalyDrawn would make a really nice background and a very nice logo.
