Hi, I'm so aware this is a total longshot.
I said to my friends mum whos son is disabled we could create a forum like MC-market (not minecraft related) for her and assisted special needs children to communicate. After paying for someone on mcmarket to do it $40 he fucking scammed me??
can anyone do one for free? PLEASE HELP.
I took $40 and it's been scammed and he blocked me and i can't get it back?

I'm not a webdeveloper, but how about creating a website with webs.com or enjin.com? They're hosted free, and they work fine.
