I need a cheap and reliable Hosting Company

Hey MC-Market , I recently got scammed from a really reputable Game-Host, Mcprohosting.
I bought their 180$ Dedicated server-plan, a few minutes later I had got an email claiming I tried to charge back and they said due to this they would keep the Pending funds... I really did not try to chargeback, I don't even know if thats possible with paypal. Well whatever...

I am in need of a Cheap and Reliable server-host that can either sponsor me or offer really cheap services.

I need around 6-8gb's of ram for under 30$. I know it's really hard to find a cheap and super-reliable host that can offer even close to this. Hopefully you guys can comment down below some suggestions.

My card did not work with their checkout thing for some reason so one of their represenatives redirected me to a paypal page.
