Can't you just use Vault and pex?

Notifyz core has a built in chat format. Currently only supports pex and other supported rank plugins placeholders as far as I know.

I'm like 80% sure Notifyz' core will have Vault support for prefixes.

I tried it like a year or two ago, it didn’t work. Things may have changed since then, speaking to the developer regarding this is your best bet.
