I need a custom Timezone discord bot!

So I need a custom Timezone discord bot!

Budget = under $10

I will need the bot to have these commands:
- tz!nick %NICKNAME%
- tz!settimezone (sets your timezone from:http://kevalbhatt.github.io/timezone-picker/)
- tz!nick %TAG-DISCORD-SERVER-MEMBER% %NICKNAME%

When you do "tz!nick" it should only change the first part of your name!
Ex: your name would go from "FlaringPhoenix [12:25 AM]" to "Flaring [12:25 AM]" by doing the command "tz!nick Flaring"

This is what your name should look like in discord after you set your timezone.
