You should use Askyblock. Is very easy to config with no bugs at all. I have one builder that was a trial builder at Hypixel and can make you the Spawn i can include all the thing you need. Also one of my friend is working at DBM Hosting is one of the best with nolag and powerful computers and i can give you a coupon for discunt too!
