For this project I had offers really cheap with delivery time on 5 days, others really high with delivery time on 2 weeks, so I don't know who is the scammer person!, and none of them had made a minigame before, so thats why I am asking for proof this time, I don't know how much is worth this project maybe you could read it and tell me.

You obviously won't get a high quality product with them. $40 buys about 4 hours of a decent developers time if you're lucky. Good luck making a complex mini game in 4 hours.
