I want a plugin for a modality called "Combofly".

I need it to have:

1.) A scoreboard that shows simple things, like :
A) Name of the modality
B ) Kills
C) Deaths
D) Killstreak
F) Money
G) Name of the server
H) That when you throw an enderpearl the cooldown of the pearl appears

2) A Kits system, where you can create kits, delete, edit and anything else that is important.

3) A duel system, where I have simple things and commands, such as:
a) /1v1Setspawn1 and
/1v1Setspawn2, these would be the spawn points spawn points where the users would appear for a duel.
b) /1v1SetLobby , this command
would be to set a lobby, specifying more, it would be for
when the users finish the
duel, it would set them to the set lobby.
C) /1v1 <player> , this command would be used to send a duel to a user.
D) /1v1 <denny> <player> and
/1v1 <accept> <player> , commands to deny or accept a duel.

4) A koth system, with commands to create koths, delete koths, set koths with Word Edit, add rewards, and when a koth starts, the scoreboard will show the name of the koth and the remaining time of the koth.

5) A Killstreak system, where if you reach a certain streak of consecutive Kills a message appears in the chat like: "The <Player> has a streak of <Kills>".

6) An Economy system, where you can sell things, and this through a /Shop command, where a GUI would open and the OP can put things there, and the normal users can buy things there.

7) A Tags system, where users can buy tags with a simple command, /Tags, where a GUI would be opened in two categories, which would be: "Randoms Names" and "Countries".

8 ) And the most important, a KB system, where you can modify the "Y", "X" and "Z", and also the NoHitdelay where you can modify the delay of the hits.
