i need a hcf devoloper

I personally need a developer who can code and edit plugins. my budget is 50 upfront and or pay for every time something is done. so pay for every plugin when it's done. I also have contact with some YouTubers i could ask to record on there. The server will be called Kratos and the IP will be KratosHCF.us

$50 for a hcf core? For a quality hcf core developers usually go around 100+
