I need a little help getting a forge server going

I've tried deleting everything, and only trying running 1 simple mod, and the server says "old" and "V" for vanilla, any takers that could help me get this going? DM me on discord @ Annotation#7294 THANKS! I may pay too depending on the difficulty!
