Hello, I need a Utils plugin for my server. I need it to be called RecklessUtils. Here are the features I want:

/Nv (aliases: nightvision,recklessnv,recklessnightvision

/commandblocker I want it to block commands I type. so say I want to block /pl. I need to make it so when I type /commandblocker add pl or ./commandblocker pl, it adds that to the blacklist

/gapplecooldown I want this to be a 2 minute gapple cooldown that tells the timing in which the god apple is able to be eaten in

/website tells my server members what the website is (aliases: forums, donate, store, website, web,site) Btw the site is Reckless-MC.com

/autorestart . I want this to restart my server every 6 hours having console run the command /restart

/autosave . Run an autosave command every hour using /save-all . Plus I want an announcement in chat saying world saving, expect some lag.

I want a /disguise gui. Just a animal egg that runs the command.

I also want the perm RecklessUtils.commandname

Reckless finished everything up about to test it on server. Although do you need a /BlockCommand or can you just access it from Config Files instead?
