So I'm planning to open another hosting company. Why you may ask, well I wanted to give more to my current customer base. However, with $1.50/GB I barely make much. I'm trying to start another hosting for more performance hungry people. Also with more features like free TeamSpeak. Every 6-hour backups. Custom add-ons which I will start to pay people for. 24-7 support. Which I do need to pay people for to actually motivate them to be in chat. More FTP client options. Cooler emails. Notifications whenever your server goes offline. Daily feedback of your server throughout the day. Ex: Total player chart. I can't implint this to ploxhost due to the budget and me with all the profit throwing free stuff out for the clients.
