Well, it sort of depends on what you plan to use it for?
If it's for general use I'd say something like this:

It's store-bought hardware, I have an Inspiron for general use in home and stuff. Works like a charm I can even game on it though sometimes there are issue though not frequent.

If you are looking for something that requires a more load on your computer go for Gaming PC's. I'd personally advise you to build a custom one your self or use an online service. It could be cheaper and perform better than that of a store-bought gaming PC.
I personally built a custom one, and if you do choose to go with that one you have in your thread, please do change the Case, it's making me cringe.

Never buy a store bought PC, always get custom ones for the best value.

Not never, just for higher cost PC's custom are better for basic use store-bought is fine.
