I'm assuming you want a premade one because if you wanted to build one, you could easily research which components would be better.
Low specs but you have a low budget so you can't really help it. If you have any money in the future, I recommend replacing the 1050 TI with a GTX 1080 and getting more ram.

I assumed OP didn't want to build their own PC. Scroll up to my earlier postI believe prebuilt pcs are not worth it at all.
With $600 you can get a much better PC if you build it yourself. I would recommend going to PCPartPicker if you are willing to do some work. It definitely pays off because you will get a better system
