I understand that you are looking for professional people, but your above content does not prove that you yourself are professional. I do not wish to attack you, but in order to obtain quality individuals on your team, you need to present yourself in that same form. Using things like "someone who knows their crap" and "cut you off from the network with 0 notice whatsoever" are not things that will bring quality individuals. That will just push others away seeing as it almost feels like you are trying to get them to do work without paying.
Also, if this individual has worked for 4+ years of experience & is professional with a wide of array of vouches, then they will not be going anywhere either. That would seem to show that you can pay them up front a fraction of the cost to at least show you have this money you are presenting.

I don't claim to be an expert at making attractive posts. We have been stolen from and scammed and screwed over by THIS SITE a lot.

I absolutely WILL remove you off the network within seconds if I feel you are going to be a threat. This is something YOU will have to deal with. Im not gonna let it be a suprise. The kind of people I'm looking for have the kind of knowledge to easily screw over a server in minutes. I am not going to let that happen even if people get butt hurt.

Having a bogus reputation system that lures people into a false sense of security that allows the users to completely and UTTERLY screw anyone with two legs and a pulse is not my idea of professionalism either.

Last thing I will point out. You say you have been screwed over a lot by people on this site, but you have only been a member for about a month. I agree with Skionz that blaming this site has nothing to do with your interactions with a fraction of its members and therefore unjustifiable.
Getting screwed by a community of members that is constantly getting new members (a lot should be about 5 or more times) would give most people in a situation like yours the idea of no longer visiting the site or dealing with its members. So I am curious why you still seek members here?

When I want opinions I will ask for them. Just because this account happens to have been a member here for a short period of time. That does not mean we havn't been dealing with Mc-Market members for a long time.
We have literally gotten no one that can at least TRY to act mature in front of our valued players. We keep going through this site because our only other real alternative is PMC and no one there is even capable of acting mature.

This is probably because you also go for the cheapest. Simply being willing to spend $200 does not mean you will. Now, paying more does not guarantee quality; however, more often than not it does help you open your possibilities to more veteran and established members.
If you are interested, I would be in working with you just to see if what you say is true. However, I do want a fraction of the payment up front. Not a lot, but at least a little to let me know you have the funds to spend what you are suggesting you can. My Skype (satelliting) is available whenever you can message me. I have plenty of vouches on all MC market sites, group moderator on one, and am well respected in other forums as well. I have done just about everything you could do in a Minecraft server or market, and I do it fairly well.
