Hi, i need a mc - server network with good player-base,

Things server should have

1. Good Player base / donations Player base 1-30 Doesn't have to be huge
2. Good host
3. Full domain access
4. Im looking for mostly [ MINIGAMES ] , It can be faction as long it has good player base / donations.
5. Domain / ip / forum if you have idk xD

- The Budget part:

My budget is: 50$ No bigger then that.
