Not many people will be interested in this offer.
(1) Most people only contribute time making/creating a setup if they're paid prior to the creation.
(2) You aren't really being specific or giving much of an explanation of what you're wanting done.
(3) Imagine having someone create something and you either scam or you no longer want it. It wastes their time as well.

Doubt you would get any deal for this setup, I personally would never go first on configurations deals and especially not setups and I am sure 90% of the other configurators here are the same unless they are depressed for money.
If you actually are interested in that setup you should make sure you are dealing with someone reputable if needed to make you trust them (still do some research about them). You have to explain what exactly are you looking for in your setup. You also should always pay upfront otherwise you won't get any deals as you are not really trustable.

I just added you on discord, i would be willing to do it if you pay Half before the setup and half after, no one is ready to start a setup without you paying them first [ most of them ask for all the money because its not an easy thing to waste your time at and then get scammed ].

For the people who clowned you in this thread (including me), we're saying that it'll be extremely hard for you to find people who are interested in this kind of business approach. It's easy for you to say you get scammed lots of times, but what about them? How can they trust you? How can they tell you won't scam them? Why should they waste their time when their payment is still non-existent?
Here are some of my suggestions to avoid getting scammed.
- Find someone reputable
- Ask about their experience
- Look at their previous works
- Read through their vouches and reps
- Ask around if this person can be trusted
If you still don't want to pay first, then at least pay upfront / half then half. Even so, most people are still skeptical since setups aren't an easy thing to make.
Just saying, you're not gonna get far with this kind of approach.
