I NEED A STAFF PLUGIN FOR 1.8.x SERVERS

i need a staff mode plugin that has these commands,

/revive [user]: gives players items back when they died.
/freeze [user]: freezes user
/unfreeze [user]: unfreezes user
/cps [user]: checks cps
/slowchat: slows chat
/mutechat: mutes chat
/sc: staff chat
/tpr: tp's to random users
/report [user] [type]: for accusing user of hacks
/reports: mod+ can check this command and see the reports
/staffv: makes staff invisible to others but not to other staff

If you're looking for this to be custom-coded, you'll need to pay more. Just warning you but there are plenty of free staff plugins around. Just google it and you'll find loads.
