I need a VDS/Dedicaded with DDOS-Protection

I am looking for a good provider of dedicated services (vds / dedicaded) with unlimited transfer (can be +100Tb).

✅The main condition must be good protection against network attacks, + 500Gbps and more capacity is welcome.
✅The possibility of configuring the filtration thresholds by me is also welcome. (Not important)
✅ Europe Location (German/Netherlands)
✅ No OVH / prepaid-host (OVH : problems with filtering attacks on our backend, his anti-ddos was bypassed | prepaid-host bypassed)
✅ 1/2 or more Gbps dedicaded network (not shared)
✅ DDOS Statistics is very important!

I would recommend hetzner and then just using a third party ddos provider to handle that end. I will say if you multiple ips then I would not go that route though.
