I am currently looking for a cheap service to make me a simple shop for selling accounts and other things on it.

Name of the website: AstroAlts
Theme: Blue
Can offer: up to 25.00 USD
Design: I want to be modern blue similar to selly.gg home page not plain blue either I want it like the blue shown on there as you can see it gets darker than lighter kinda a ios apple feel.
