I need advice, I want to sell custom maps but might be too risky?

Hello good people of MCM,

Read the bottom paragraphs below first before reading this. What type of advice am I asking? I'm asking what it takes to sell maps, should I know absolutely anything before? Do I need a thread, a shop, stuff such as that. And how can I be trusted?

After a long break from ever deciding to visit MC-Market, I've decided to take a look at the community, how everything's going and so on.

To begin, I've never started a "business," if I may, on MCM. But after interests, I want to make some cash on MCM with my cousin. We are both talented in building, and if it's no risk to do this, then we want to go full swing.

It's not risky if you know what you're doing. First off, check the wiki for the guide I left there.
Second, once you've reached a point where you won't be going first, the best way to stop chargebacks is to send invoices. F&F on paypal is technically not supposed to be possible to chargeback, but it happens anyway. An invoice with a solid ToS attached is impossible to charge back on.

It just really depends who you are working with, try aim to work with people that have a good reputation or someone you can somewhat trust. If all doesn't work you can always use your TOS if anything goes haywire.
