I need an custom outpost plugin coded for skyblock

I need an outpost plugin custom coded for my skyblock server InsifeMC

so there's 3 tiers of outpost
Tier 1 you can only wear leather armour and use wood/stone weapons
Tier 2 you can only wear leather/gold/iron armour and use wood/stone/gold/iron weapons
Tier 3 you can wear any armour and use any weapon!
When you are in the process of capping each outpost, random boss mobs will spawn to defend the outpost and try and kill you (I will send you the plugin we use for boss mobs) When you have successfully capped the outpost all the players in your alliance leaders skyblock island will receive the rewards/buffs...
Tier 1 is accessible by every player and they can come and attack you while you are capping, but to unlock tier 2/3 you need to redeem a voucher obtainable in-game, to unlock tier 3 you also need to have tier 2 unlocked!

We also need a plugin for the alliances made (just a basic team plugin)
Member, Mod, Co-Leader, Owner ranks inside the alliance.
Invite, UnInvite, Kick, Promote commands.

This will obviously be a paid plugin
