I need an experienced Java dev. to help me run a server

Hi there! Recently, me and my friend came up with an idea. Building a MMORPG server, that is placed in the space.
What we need is a Java dev, than can make us a llugin/more plugins.
What we want is a plugin that has features like the play.winncraft.com(check it to see) has.
Some features:
Custom mobs(the plugin allows creating custom mobs to spawn in diffeent regions)
Custom weapons( different weapons with different abilities and damage)
Hunger is mana(munition for the weapons)
Classes, with different powers.
Quests
Dungeons.
An animated spaceship that transport people on other planets.
Cityes, that shows a pop.up text on the screen when a player enters them.

I doubt you're going to get anyone willing to do that much work on the promise of a cut of profits that may never even come.

That's a lot of work, and anyone competent is going to charge you at least a few hundred for this.
