I need an NDA

Hey there, so I have a good server idea and I am looking for staff, such as admins to help me manage and code the server and its plugins.

I heard I need an NDA to better secure my server idea and data. The NDA agreement will be given to future staff on my server, this means they will have access to databases, server files, code, financial data, clients' data etc.

I'm 14 years old so I heard I need my parents to co-sign too.

Why an NDA for a 14 year old? Well I probably won't sue anyone at this age but it's just so that staff won't even think of sharing things to the public.

The NDA should not be large, should be less than/about 500 words or 2-3 pages.

My budget is less than 25$, deadline should be reasonable to the amount of the NDA.

You cannot even get a good dedicated hosting with this amount, not even talking about developers. You save some money and then i would come back.

It's extremely common for NDA's to be broken and no follow up actually being done. I'd recommend just working with trusted people, and not sharing sensitive data with anyone. If you want more advise, I don't mind advising so. Goung#4301[DOUBLEPOST=1637096990][/DOUBLEPOST]

I own a server and started it with $5... a lot of my server owner friends say the same. Money isn't the answer to server ownership unless you're ready to put thousands into advertising with major youtubers.
