No problem, but I think the budget is maybe a bit too low for developers, plugins are expensive you should up your budget (just a tip).

Sorry man I have to agree with Abstraq Im not as experienced of a developer so I wouldnt even tackle a job like this for under $100; You better try to find a more veteran coder.

Not a Custom factions plugin. A plugin that works with factions as in every faction is allied with that Country.

not exactly I want it like whatever that server is that has good and evil at join to where you can pick a country and still make factions except your not allowed to raid another member of that countries faction. and you cant enemy neutral or truce your contries factions but all other countries are enemies and cant change that. also cant betraty countries unless you like donate or something its a very unique idea I came up with and just need help developing it.

Consider factions uuid, you can customize the messages, and make it custom-like instead of paying $60.
