I need Factions Spawn 100x100 With custom warzone

Hello, I'm the owner of RoyalPvP I'm looking for a spawn 100x100 with custom warzone.
Atm my budget is 15a$. I'm on vacation atm so I cant do anything atm will be home in 1 week. Then we can talk price but for now I just need to find someone that build so when I'm home they can start. Also I would like it built in the world or you to fit it in after your done.

A Faction spawn alone of size 100×100 alone would cost about $10-$20. One with a custom warzone would range about $30-$50. If you cant double your budget, you are going to have a hard time finding an 'experienced' builder to do this for you.
