I NEED HELP ASAP!

Hello McMarket reader.

so... im using the hosting site McProHosting to host my OP-Prison server. but two days ago i logged in to my console and i saw an error pop up.(...) and no, im the only one to have acces to the console and no, no one has the password. but i didn't have time to read it.

so i ignored it and went in to the plugins folder to add a new plugin. and all the plugins were gone... i own a decent sized server and i have spend hours on Configuring and coding plugins.
everything is gone. and after 1 hour three plugin folders poped up...? and nothing more.

however i have sent away first one Support ticket and after 26 hours i got no respond, after that i made one more and still no respond.

i don't know what to do... don't McProHosting have a server backup for the server?
please let me know. any info is worth gold!

take this as a lesson to ALWAYS back up your server, daily, weekly, hourly, whatever, it is always needed.

Also.

Why the fuck are you with McProHosting? there are so many others on this site that offer a MUCH better price with much better customer service, I'm with glownode atm and before they decided to crash had replies for tickets in under 10 minutes and also live chat.

go through the hosting section of this site and get something that's 3$ a gb, not 10$.

I did. You just evidently cannot read and process information.

Tip 1: Don't go for Mc pro hosting, it will help your wallet and your brain.
Tip 2: back up your shit
Tip 3: your issue probably revolves around FTP problems, install something like filezilla and try connecting through those means, if not then CALL them and tell them what's going on, threaten to leave and they should give you a free month or something if you make a big enough fuss.

Now that I have formatted this info like this I hope you can process it.

Could you please post the console error, if you really code plugins you should be able to know the problem. Regardless, copy and paste the error and we will see what we can do.

Thank you for you kind words. But yeah if you need help with seeing if we can get your plugins back then PM me. Honestly though I suggest waiting for a reply and get them to add a backup since if the plugins are deleted then there isn't much we can do. MCPH is good but their support has gone down hill recently.

When I first started I was with Mcpro to (it's a beginner mistake ) I did something wrong and everything was removed (I just crashed the server by copying something with WE) and even the backup files where gone! But your plugins are they also gone in the plugin folder? Maybe it's just that they are disabled!
