I need help configuring nuvotifier

Hi i run a bungeecord network, and was attempting to set up nuvotifier for the network so players can vote for all servers. However ive followed every tutorial out there but the votes arent being registered and im not quite sure why. if anyone is able to help me that would be awesome!
