I need help finding places to advertise

I run a decently sized Minecraft server and we need some new players.
I have a budget of about £20-60 to advertise the server, but I don't know what the best way to advertise is.

Far as advertising the server itself, you could check out listing services to get your server name out into the world.
I do also recommend starting up a social media for your server, so you can build a following from external sources as well.

You can check out Minecraft Server Listing Website as well, such as Mc-lists, to advertise your Minecraft Server directly. They offer premium as well for those wanting to get even more exposure. Mc-lists: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/617549/

Then if you have a DIscord Server, for your Minecraft Server, you can list your discord itself with https://www.bumpy.gg/servers, my Discord Server Listing website.
By adding your server to multiple areas you have a higher chance of exposure.
