I need Help quick relating to a DDOS

Hello all, A user contacted me a while ago for a build, he proceeded to scam me and i filed a report, got him banned from here yadi ya ya. He has been contacting me ever since, today he launched a DDOS against me and I desperately need help. I am I minor with no experience with this this part of computers, and I am in urgent need of help.

If you have a dynamic IP, just unplug your router for a few minutes and your ISP *should* assign you a new IP. If not, just go outside and wait for him to get bored.
