I need help to create ItemFrames with ".gif" file

Hi, i am trying to create Animated ItemFrames, but my server get a lot of lagging. The tps is around 16 and the server crash. Can some help me with a library of api?

Is workig async and with packets. The server works good, but i w put abour 20 gif maps the server get lagging.

itemframes are entities so you might wanna check if they are actually loaded before updating them? or if a player is inside a range
