I need help with a jar problem

I want to use 1.8, But my server has a custom plugin that my dev won't update (1.7 plugin)
Is there any jar that can do this

Unless you update the plugin to work with 1.8 there's no way

Update the plugin, it's no good to be running older spigot versions.

Search for a folder on your computer. It's called System32. Delete it, that's the only way to fix it.
