I need help with a server plugin

Hello! I recently bought a server and I want to change this http://prntscr.com/fvgtwo but I dont know which plugin it uses, if you want i can send a screenshot of all the plugins.

As I can see, in the second plugin-list picture, you got a plugin named "announce..."
Im pretty sure this plugin manages this, if there is a folder inside the plugins folder, which is named "announce", open it.
Inside this folders, there may be a config.yml or a messages.yml (maybe both idk). Try changing these to your wishes.
