And If I make forums on the cpanel how do i get my domain on it?

Cause you are using https and you don't have ac ertificate....

How do I get the certificate?

Make sure cPanel's AutoSSL is enabled and working and it should sign the certificate for you. It may take a few hours before it is working correctly.
