You're looking for Google SEO (search engine optimisation) and from my experience it takes some time to do (maybe cuz I'm slow), but its quite easy and you'll always need it for a website so you'd be better off learning it for yourself instead of paying someone every time you need it done. Plus it doesn't require any real coding knowledge and most of the work is just boring marketing and keywords research
