* Should i allow Worldedit? if so how to i make it so they can't worldedit more then 1000 blocks?

- Not quite sure what you mean here. But if you don't have many ideas, honestly why are you making a server then?. If you are really out of ideas and want to make a server then i guess go onto other servers and look at theirs, everyone else does it.

- Most likely a plots plugin, world edit, and perhaps essentials or pax, and lastly multiverse if you want to have more worlds.

- In my opinion yes. Any good cre server should allow users to use world edit. It's an awesome time saver. Just limit it per rank, with higher ranks getting more access to certain world edit commands, bigger copies and so on. This could also help you when it comes to VIP perks if your doing such. Lastly, i'm not quite sure how you would limit world edit per ranks, but i have seen it on a number of servers, so it can be done. Perhaps check the permissions. I never needed to limit it myself.

Im sorry, but this "Help" was the worst i have ever gotten on this forum and i have made over 100 threads. this didn't help a single bit
